The name Dry wors (or Droë wors) can be directly translated as “dried sausage”.  The usual response when someone first tastes this traditional dried sausage is “O Yum!” as it is so tasty!

When describing Dry wors, it’s best to think of it as a beef version of a salami or a twiggy stick.  The difference is that Dry wors is spiced to perfection, then air dried until the outside is perfectly crisp with a soft chewy inside.  Drywors has it’s own unique flavour, and is the best beer stick you will ever find.
